RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If your 'My Bright Tyke' purchase doesn't quite spark the joy you expected, worry not! We've got you covered with our exchange and refund policy:
Exchange Policy

We happily offer exchanges for another available 'My Bright Tyke' product within 1 week of receiving your items.

Items eligible for exchange must be unworn or unused and have original tags still attached.

If you can't find a replacement you fancy, we also provide a gift card valid for 12 months.
Refund Policy

Refunds are only offered for faulty or damaged items upon receipt.

Items that remain unworn or unused with original tags still attached are eligible for refund.

Refunds are processed after our team assesses the condition of the returned item.
Return Requirements
